Shipping
We ship our unstitched Suiting, Shirting, Suit & Waistcoat fabrics across India and to international buyers for export/import orders.

Domestic Orders (India)
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location
You will receive a tracking update by email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete payment
Bulk, Wholesale, Export & Import Orders
Dispatch and delivery timelines for bulk, wholesale, export, and import orders depend on order quantity, customisation, and destination, and will be shared with you directly by our team after your inquiry via the Export/Wholesale Inquiry or Uniform Inquiry form.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect colour perception on screen, or similar reasons.

We do accept returns/replacements in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective fabric
You received the wrong product compared to what you ordered
To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue, at info@clothzones.com or +91 63532 72715. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days of approval.
