Once the orders have been placed, you are given a flexibility to amend the order on account of a variety of reasons within 24 hours. These amendments could be at the order level or at the Product line level.

Following are the policies in this regard:

Clothzones will accept any order amendments till the time it has not been processed in our warehouse.

The Customer is required to contact the Clothzones Contact Centre i.e for cancellation.

Clothzones Customer service team would initiate the cancellation requests on behalf of the customer.

Full order cancellation is allowed only if none of the Product line has been processed in our warehouse.

Line cancellation for the entire line is allowed only if the specific order line has not been processed in our warehouse.

If the cancellation request is successful as per above conditions, Clothzones would cancel the order or entire line(s) as the case may be and refund the same to you as per Clothzones refund policy.



During the order processing stage, there is a possibility that the Product quantities required to fulfil an order are not completely available, for reasons such as physical product found to be damaged at the warehouse, product not traceable etc. Clothzones reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability.

Clothzones Customer service team would initiate the communication to you, explaining the reason for such cancellation and initiate a refund to you as per Clothzones refund policy.


Return Policy:

We certainly understand that ascertaining the quality of fabric without touching them is a difficult task that’s why we have 7 days Easy Return Policy, If the product you received is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, you just need to send the product back to us and full refund will be initiated.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unsealed goods should not be accepted at the time of delivery. Returns of unsealed products will not be accepted.

The confirmation email regarding the return authorization will be sent to the consumer within 24-48 hrs. working hours from the time of submission.

To return your product, you can either avail our Pickup Facility* or you can send the product back to us using any third-Party Courier Service at: Shop no. 5, Triveni Apartment, C.K. Park Soc. A.K. Road, opp. Laxmi Diamond, Surat. – 395008.

*Shipping costs incurred for returning the item will be borne by the buyer and Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*You need to use a trackable shipping service while returning the product.

*Pickup Service is Chargeable, Rs 100 Per Item will be deducted from the refund amount for Shirt Fabrics, Trouser Fabrics, Blazer Fabrics, Kurta Fabrics, Pajama Fabrics or Jacket Fabrics,

Rs 200 will be deducted from the refund amount for Suit Fabrics


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the refund status within 48hrs.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days to original method of payment and in case of COD orders you need to provide your bank account details i.e. A/c Name, A/c No & IFSC Code. and we will initiate online transfer of refund amount to your bank account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your Credit card/ Debit Card Company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
